• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited

Babu Play accepts deposits through popular mobile banking services and bank transfers available in Bangladesh.

• No additional charges on deposits
• Funds deposited must come from your own personal sources only
• Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited

Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 2,00,000 (higher limits for VIP members)
• You must place at least one bet equal to your deposit amount before making a withdrawal
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals will be restricted until the wagering requirement is fully met
• Mobile Pay/Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 4–8 minutes
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days

Babu Play offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but certain general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit
• To receive a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x)
• After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit (typically 7 days)
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets
• If fraudulent activity is detected, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a special cashout option is available)
• Bets credited incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded
• For live betting during an event, the most recently updated odds will apply
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited
• Separate rules may apply for system bets and combination bets

Babu Play reserves the right to suspend payments during an investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Babu Play and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Hacking, manipulation, or any form of technical fraud
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots or automated software to play games

Users can close their account at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed:

• All active bets must be settled
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn
• Any active bonus will be automatically cancelled

Babu Play reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following cases: breach of rules, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or account inactivity (no activity for 12 months).

Babu Play is committed to protecting your personal information. We never sell your data to third parties.

Babu Play shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment provider issues
• Technical errors on the part of the game software provider
• Issues arising from changes in the user's local laws

Our maximum liability will never exceed the value of the disputed transaction.

Babu Play reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Members will be notified via email or SMS
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect
• A notification will be displayed on the platform

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your funds before your account is closed.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, it may be referred to international gaming arbitration. This process is fully impartial and produces binding decisions.
